Patt

Scheduling Coordinator

Patt has been an integral part of our team since 2001. She is the “house mom” and go-to girl for all of your scheduling needs. She provides customer service with a smile and helps patients feel welcome and familiar with the office. Her favorite parts of her job revolve around the people she spends her day with. She has enjoyed sharing her life with our office family and our patients.

Patt and her husband Nick married in 1973, and are transplants from Chicago via New Jersey, Tennessee, Georgia, Lubbock, TX, and now Keller. After living here since January 1987, they are officially planted here. Patt and Nick are blessed with four awesome children — now adults — three wonderful daughters-in-law, and five fantastic grandkids. Patt’s favorite thing to do is spend time with family, and she is also passionate about quilting.

Lisa H.

Financial Coordinator

Lisa H. is here to help you with all your financial and insurance needs. In 2012, we finally convinced her to join our team! Lisa brings with her an extensive financial background from her years working, planning, and budgeting for hospitals. Lisa strives to add a personal touch to all financial interactions, provide easy to understand answers to sometimes complicated insurance questions, and consider the individual needs of each family when dealing with sensitive financial matters.

Lisa is a transplant from Kentucky and moved to Texas in the mid 1980's to work in the hospital industry. She and her husband Don have been married since 1988 and are now empty nesters! They have three awesome adult children and two Australian shepherds, Lacey and Max, who are spoiled rotten! In her spare time, Lisa enjoys Pilates and loves to read, cook, scrapbook, and travel.

Diana

Insurance Coordinator

Diana is one of the friendly faces on the McReynolds Orthodontics administration team. As our insurance coordinator, she will verify your insurance and file claims, resolve billing issues, and liaise with your insurance company regarding coverage determinations. Holding an Associate in Science Degree and currently pursuing certification in business analysis, Diana has more than three years of experience in health insurance coordination. She is excited to play a part in creating beautiful smiles for our patients.

Diana lives with her sister and her family in Fort Worth, TX. In her spare time, Diana likes to do a bit of photography, modeling, cooking, reading, and traveling.

April

Treatment Coordinator

April joined our team in early 2017, but shes no ortho rookie. She started about 2 decades ago as a lab coordinator and records tech. We love having her as one of our two awesome Treatment Coordinators!

April is a Texas girl that grew up in Rockwall, but has planted her own family right here in Keller. She has 2 lovely daughters and two more "bonus kids" from her husband, Scott. In her spare time April enjoys yoga classes, traveling, and spending time with her family and her sweet little dog, Harley.

Amy L.

Office Manager

Amy has been a familiar face at McReynolds Orthodontics since 2001. You may have seen her in the back as a clinical assistant or working hard with our front officestaff to improve patient flow and administrative procedures. Amy loves getting to know our younger patients on a personal level and watching them grow up into healthy young adults, full of confidence, with beautiful smiles.

Amy has lived in Keller for most of her adult life. She has three awesome children who are in college. The family likes to spend weekends on the lake fishing and skiing, and when Amy finds a free moment, she loves to read!

Deanna

Scheduling Coordinator

Deanna is a new face at the front desk but familiar face around the office, as she has had several kids go through treatment with us. Deanna earned a B.S. in behavioral and social science from Oklahoma Christian University. Over the last 22 years, she has worked in various fields such as retail management, real estate development, non-profit organizations, and orthodontics. She finds Dr. McReynolds to be a man of character and integrity, who strives to be his best and give his best. He leads by example and inspires Deanna to live with grace and love for our patients.

Deanna and her husband Steve have four girls and two boys ranging in ages 21 to ten. Their energetic Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix named Pepper keeps them on their toes! In their spare time, the family enjoys just about anything with their church family, attending sporting events, and travel.

Tiffany B.

Records/Scheduling Coordinator

Tiffany received her dental assisting certification in 1995 and has spent her entire career working in orthodontics. She is a people person who loves meeting new patients and their families, and helping them feel comfortable in our office. Tiffany is a hard worker and a great addition to our fun and caring staff.

Tiffany is a fourth-generation Texan who grew up in Allen, attended Tyler Junior College, and now resides in Fort Worth with her husband, Brett. They have a blended family of four and a new grandbaby! In her spare time, Tiffany and Brett run a film festival and own a small film production company that keeps them busy. When they do have down time, they travel and spend time with family.

Lisa F.

Orthodontic Assistant

Lisa is one of the pioneering members of the McReynolds Team. She has been with Dr. McReynolds since 1996! Her favorite part of her job is watching the joy on a patient’s face when they get their braces off and the excitement when her younger patients get their braces on. She also feels blessed to work with a family-oriented team that genuinely cares about making sure our patients get the best treatment possible.

Lisa is engaged to her fiancé Chase and has a dog. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and riding horses.

Stacey

Orthodontic Assistant

Stacey has worked in the orthodontic field since 1986. While she has held many different positions, assisting is her favorite! She enjoys making beautiful smiles and the opportunity to form relationships with her patients. Stacey also appreciates the top-notch teamwork of our office and the personal bonds she has created with her coworkers.

Stacey and her husband Jeff have been married since 1991. They have two grown children, Mallory and Austin, and two dogs named Tucker and Lola. When life isn’t keeping her too busy, she loves to travel!

Olivia

Orthodontic Assistant

Olivia joined our office shortly after completing the dental assistant program at Weatherford College in 2020. While her job consists of putting braces on and taking them off, she knows her real mission is helping people smile with confidence. She matches the positive energy of everyone on our team and appreciates their helpful and encouraging attitudes.

Originally from Weatherford, TX, Olivia is a country girl at heart. She is very family oriented with the most supportive parents and an older sister and twin brother who are definitely her best friends. She enjoys traveling, working out, and anything outdoors. She also has a crazy fur baby named Ellie May!

Jenni

Orthodontic Assistant

While Jen is not new to orthodontics, she is new to Dr. McReynolds’ team! With almost 20 years of experience, she is looking forward to building friendships, confidence, and beautiful smiles with all patients! Jenni loves working with a doctor and staff that are all passionate and amazing at their work, as it truly makes a difference in all aspects of a patient’s experience.

Jenni and her husband Craig have been married for almost 18 years. They have two children, Peyton and Ellie. In her spare time, you can find Jenni cherishing moments with her son before he leaves the nest, watching her daughter do barrel racing, listening to live music, or being outdoors. Traveling has always been an important part of their life, with no signs of letting up!

Tiffany A.

Orthodontic Assistant

Tiffany has been in the dental field for more than ten years and loves everything about it. With McReynolds Orthodontics since 2021, her favorite part of her job is seeing the confidence our patients have after treatment. She has been a wonderful addition to our compassionate, family-friendly team.

Tiffany has two boys, ages 23 and 21. Her youngest is in the US Army and her oldest attends UTA. When she’s not in the office, Tiffany loves softball and spending time with family.

Angie

Orthodontic Assistant

Angie originally started with our office many years ago, and after 15 years away is so excited to be back! She finds meeting new people, seeing their smiles change, and building relationships to be the most rewarding. It’s not just a job for Angie—it’s building relationships that truly touch her heart.

Angie is a mother of five amazing children! She is also happily married to her soulmate of 15 years. They are overjoyed with having their first grandson. In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with her five fur babies and cheering on her youngest son in racing motocross. For her, any activity with family and friends is time well spent.

Jasmine

Orthodontic Assistant

Jasmine graduated with Honors from the dental assisting program at Concorde College in 2022 and is excited to begin her career at McReynolds Orthodontics. The aspect of her job she loves the most is creating bonds and beautiful smiles with patients. She also appreciates working with a supportive, kind, and helpful team in such a positive environment.

Jasmine and husband moved here from California and now live with their black German shepherd, Jade. Outside of assisting, Jasmine loves being active and creating art!

Lynne

Lab Technician

Lynne is the lovely face behind all of the appliances and retainers we use at McReynolds Orthodontics! She has been in the dental field for more than 40 years and on the McReynolds Team since 2001. Since Lynne works with patients at the very beginning of treatment as well as at the end, she gets to see some truly amazing transformations!

Lynne has two wonderful daughters, four granddaughters and one grandson, not to mention two crazy puppies. She’s an avid quilter, and loves to garden and cook.
